  • Using Digisoria

    1. How do I find an item on Digisoria?

      To find an item, simply use the quick search fields located on top of the page. For more options on searching, simply click on the advanced search button.

    2. How do I find more details of a particular item?

      To find more details on an item, simply click on the item name. You will be directed to the Item's Page.

    3. How do I submit an offer for an item?

      Simply enter your best offer on the field provided at the top of the item page. Please make sure that you write the best offer in numerical format. You may submit an offer equal to, higher than, or lower than the asking price of the item. Note: You may only submit one offer per item. You can only submit a new offer if your initial offer is rejected by the Seller. You can submit offers up to 3 times per item only.

  • Posting and selling an item

    1. What items can I post?

      You may only post items that are not illegal as recognized by Philippine law. Illegal items include pornographic materials and drug or violence related material or paraphernalia. To see other prohibited items, please see our listing policy.

    2. Is it for free to post an item? Are there any commissions?

      Digisoria does not charge any posting fees and commissions. You may post as many items as you want and will not be charged for anything!

    3. How do I edit my item?

      Via web, simply go to MYDIGISORIA section. After that, you can click on the item name on your active item lists to edit the item.

    4. How do I re-list my item?

      Via web, simply go to MYDIGISORIA. After that, you can simply choose from any of the items in the inactive list to re-list them.

    5. How do accept or reject an offer for my item?

      Via web, simply go to MYDIGISORIA. You can simply view the best offers of any active item by clicking on the corresponding link. From there, you can choose to accept or reject an offer for an item. All offers are valid until the item expires.

    6. I sold an item! What happens next?

      Once you've sold an item, you will receive an email alert confirming your successful transaction. You can contact the successful buyer by simply going to MyDigisoria and going to the sold section. You can send an email to the buyer from there.

You can find items through multiple means in Digisoria - whether you're online or mobile.

Browsing through Categories - Simply click on one of the categories and you will be able to see what items are available for each.

Using the search engine - simply enter any item you are looking for and click on the search button. Get the closest results to your search!

How to Submit Offers

Did you find the item you were looking for? If not, then you might want to check out on how to find items. If you have already found the item, then the next step is to submit an offer for the item.

  1. To submit an offer, simply enter the amount in the space provided.
  2. Once you click on the submit button, your offer will be placed for that item. You may only submit a new offer if the seller rejects your present offer. You may submit up to 3 offers per item.

How to Sell

As a user, you can also participate in Digisoria by selling an item.

  1. Before you start selling, make sure that you have all the pertinent information about your item:
    1. A clear and catch title
    2. Detailed descriptions of the item which will help people understand more of your item. Make sure to include the details which you think will convince users to buy your item.
    3. An Image of your item. Make sure that it is clear. Please note that image should be .jpg and should not exceed 1MB.
  2. Once you have all the details ready, simply click on the Post an Ad link at the top of each page
  3. You will then be brought to the Post an Ad form. Simply fill out the necessary fields. You will then get to preview the item and you can finalize the details to be posted immediately on Digisoria. Happy selling in Digisoria!

Selling Items - Manage all of the items you're selling. You can re-list or delete inactive ads, edit or close active ads.

Buying Items - See what you items you have submitted offers to.

Messages - See any messages that have been sent to you by other users.

Buyer Tips

Follow these tips to make a wise and safe purchase on Digisoria.

  1. Check all the details of the item.

    Go through the item description cautiously. If there is anything that is unclear about the details, you may use the message board for inquiries. Never assume details that aren't stated.

  2. Make sure the item is permissible and legit.

    If you're not sure if the item is allowed at Digisoria or not, please see terms and conditions under restricted activities.

  3. Know the item's value.

    Search for the same listings on Digisoria, visit other online shops that sell similar items, ask around like relatives and friends, and verify the worth of the item/s you are about to purchase.

  4. Settle on the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item.

    Make use of the information you have gathered and decide on the highest price you are willing to pay. (Other things to consider are: how eager you are to get the item, how hard it will be for you to search on the same kind of the item, how urgent you need to have the item, etc.)

  5. Every Offer must be taken seriously.

    Sellers will always consider your offer as a serious offer.
